missingWrote a review on Oct 14seating areaspool spaceoutrageous charge
The outdoor seating areas around the grounds provided a great ambiance for enjoying a drink. The pool area offered a nice space for relaxation after a long day of touring.
The hot tub charge of $35,000 Chilean pesos for a mere 20 minutes felt outrageous, especially since it wasn’t mentioned upfront. The thin walls allowed me to hear conversations from the reception area, which interrupted my peace. Being assigned to an inside room left me feeling a bit cheated, as we didn't get the lovely garden views and space initially promised.

One odd experience was the hot tub fee that wasn't mentioned upfront. it felt a bit sneaky. We were rushed during our use, which left a sour taste.
